Why onboard appliances are a different job
Equipment on a boat does not work under the same conditions as the same equipment ashore. It runs on a limited energy budget, often from a 12 or 24 volt DC supply, frequently with a seawater-cooled condenser, installed inside a tight locker and exposed to constant vibration and salt-laden air. Each of those factors changes how a fault develops and how it should be repaired. Corrosion reaches terminals, connectors and control boards far faster than it would in a house, and a repair that ignores that will simply fail again a few months later.
This is why we do not approach a boat with shore-side habits. We check the supply voltage under load, inspect fusing and cable cross-sections, look at how the unit is mounted and whether vibration has loosened anything, and clean the seawater side of the circuit before assuming the refrigeration system itself is at fault. In a large share of the callouts we attend, the compressor is healthy and the real problem is elsewhere.
What we cover
Our scope is not limited to refrigeration. Alongside fridges, freezers and cooling units, we service the oven and hob, the washing machine and the dishwasher on board. Keeping all of it with one team matters in practice: you do not have to arrange separate visits from separate trades, and nobody passes the problem along when the appliance type changes.

Where and how we work
We work at your berth in the marinas of Fethiye, Göcek, Marmaris and Dalaman. Marina access is arranged in advance, so please tell us the marina, the pontoon and the boat name when you get in touch. Where a repair genuinely cannot be completed on board, we remove the appliance, repair it at our workshop in Ortaca, then refit it and hand it back in working order.
During the charter season we treat yacht callouts as a separate queue. A boat waiting on a repair is losing days that cannot be recovered, and we plan around that rather than slotting it into the domestic schedule. Tell us the make and model of the appliance when you first call us — with that, we can often bring the likely part with us and finish the work in a single visit.
We are an independent service company. Parts carry a six month warranty and our labour carries a twelve month warranty; the warranty document is handed over when the work is completed. If a repair is not economically sensible for the age and condition of the appliance, we will tell you so directly rather than quoting for work that is not worth doing.
